Refund Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality, unique art sculpture products to every customer, ensuring that your home space becomes unique because of art. In order to ensure that your shopping experience is smoother, we have formulated the following refund policy to protect your rights and provide you with clear guidance. Please read the following carefully before purchasing.

1. Return Policy
We understand that every customer has different needs and tastes for artworks. Although we carefully design and produce each sculpture, in some cases, you may need to return it. If you purchase a standard non-customized art sculpture (that is, a work that is not customized according to your requirements) and are not satisfied after receiving the product, you can apply for a return under the following conditions:

Return application time: You must submit a return application within 7 working days after receiving the product. Return applications cannot be accepted beyond this time frame.

Return product status: The returned product must be in new condition, unused, and undamaged. The product must be kept in its original packaging, including all accessories, accessories and documents. We need the product and packaging to be intact to ensure that it can be sold again.

Returnable Item Category: Only for non-custom sculptures. If you purchased a custom product (such as a sculpture designed to a specific customer request), we will not be able to accept returns or refunds once production has begun.

Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team with your order number, product photos, and reason for return. Our customer service team will provide you with detailed return instructions and ensure a smooth return process.

2. Refund Policy
If your return request meets the above conditions and is confirmed by us, we will process a refund for you. The refund will be processed through your original payment method. The specific refund process is as follows:

Refund Time: Once the return item is confirmed to meet the refund conditions, the refund will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be directly returned to the account you originally used for payment

Refund Amount: The refund amount will be equal to the price of the item you purchased, but does not include shipping costs, customs duties or other additional fees. Shipping costs will be processed on a case-by-case basis, and shipping costs incurred during the return process (if applicable) will be borne by the buyer.

Installment payments and special payment methods: If you pay for your order by installment or other special payment methods, our refund will be processed according to the payment plan and may take additional time to complete the refund.

If your order contains multiple items and only some of the items are returned, we will refund the amount of the returned items. If there are gifts or other discounts in the order, the refund amount will be adjusted according to the actual situation.

3. Damaged or missing items
We attach great importance to the packaging and transportation safety of the goods, but in some cases, the goods may be damaged or missing during transportation. To ensure that you can enjoy our service smoothly, we provide relevant guidance on handling damaged or missing goods:

Damaged or missing goods: If the goods you received were damaged during transportation or there are missing parts, please contact us as soon as possible and provide the following information:

Photos of the damaged goods, clearly showing the damaged parts;

Photos of the packaging appearance to ensure that the packaging is not damaged;

Order number and your contact information.

Report time limit: In order to handle the problem for you as soon as possible, all reports of damaged or missing goods must be completed within 7 working days after receiving the goods. After this time limit, we will not be able to process refunds or replacement requests for damaged or missing goods.

Handling method: After receiving your report, we will arrange return, exchange or refund as soon as possible. If the product is seriously damaged or there is an irreparable problem during transportation, we will provide you with a full refund or free replacement of the product.

4. Situations where refund is not applicable
We will do our best to ensure that you are satisfied with your shopping experience, but we will not be able to accept refund requests in the following cases:

Exceeding the return time: If you do not submit a return application within 7 working days after receiving the product, we will not be able to accept returns or refunds.

Customized products: All art sculptures customized according to customer requirements (including customized size, color, shape, material, etc.) cannot be returned or refunded after production begins, unless there is a manufacturing quality problem or we did not produce it as agreed.

Used or damaged goods: If the goods have been used, damaged or failed to retain the original packaging, we will not be able to accept return requests. Returned goods must be in their new, unused condition and able to be resold.

Customer personal reasons: If the return is due to changes in the customer's personal aesthetics, changes in space design, or other subjective reasons (such as dislike of color or style), we will not be able to accept refunds. Please make sure that you confirm that the selected work meets your needs and home style before purchasing.

5. Return and Refund Process

Our customer service team will provide return application guidance based on your situation.

Confirm return conditions: After receiving your return application, our customer service team will review the return conditions and confirm whether the product meets the return requirements. If it meets the conditions, we will provide you with a detailed return address and related steps.

Return product delivery: According to our instructions, please pack the return product properly and send it to the designated address. The return shipping cost is borne by you, and it is recommended to choose a trackable mailing method to prevent loss.

Product inspection and refund processing: We will inspect the returned product after receiving it to ensure that the product is intact and meets the return conditions. If the item is eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.

Refund completed: The refund will be made after the item is confirmed to be correct, and the refund amount will be returned to the account you used to pay for the order. If the refund is not received in time, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
